Saudi Arabia has announced the opening of registration for volunteers to serve at the Grand Mosque in Mecca and the Prophet’s Mosque in Medina during the upcoming month of Ramadan 2025.
The initiative, coordinated by the Presidency of Religious Affairs for the Two Holy Mosques and the Ministry of Human Resources, welcomes both male and female volunteers to contribute to a range of services aimed at enriching the spiritual experience of worshipers.
The presidency has established a comprehensive database to streamline the identification of volunteer opportunities and work needs.
Volunteers can register through an electronic platform and participate in various fields, including guidance, awareness campaigns, religious affairs, media, technical support, row management, and translation services.
- Interested individuals can apply at HRSD.
Saudi authorities have intensified preparations to accommodate the anticipated surge in worshippers.
The current Umrah season, which began in late June following the annual Hajj pilgrimage, sees millions of pilgrims visiting the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, as well as other Islamic landmarks in Medina.
