Hajj 2024/1445 preparations have been started in Saudi Arabia. Entry to Makkah has also been halted by the government, except those who have the Hajj, work, or residence permit will be allowed to enter.
To ensure no person with an Umrah booking enters the city, The Haj and Umrah Ministry of Saudi Arabia has stopped taking Umrah applications from May 18, 2024.
This is to be noted that the Umrah registrations will resume on Nusuk once Hajj 2024 ends.
In the image, it can be seen if you try to make a booking, the Nusuk platform will not allow it as the booking has been disabled.
Saudi Arabia is enforcing stricter rules to ensure the safety and smooth pilgrimage for all the pilgrims that will be landing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia very soon.
These laws will further allow the authorities responsible for Hajj 2024 to work effectively and provide quick assistance to the pilgrims.
