“Paradise Has Many Gates” is a project done by Ajlan Gharem who belongs to Saudi Arabia, his art project has a beautiful idea behind his idiosyncratic art.
The mosque is made of rolled steel, plexiglass, aluminum, and electric lights. The artist used the same material that is used to stop refugees from entering Europe as well as in the United States Military Prison Guantanamo Bay. This is the idea that shook people and got a lot of praise for his contribution to art.
This mosque has been taken to Vancouver’s Vanier Park for people to look at the beautiful art where it will be kept for two years. After completing its’ time it will come back to Saudi Arabia or might go somewhere else so that more people can see.
Ajlan Gharem has gotten a lot of praise for such a wonderful contribution in the field of art with the kind of art that was not expected. This idea is indeed out of the box.
Even people who came to watch this art were astonished to see how Ajlan Gharem gave a strong message in a very simple way. This art can be seen from various perspective which depends on the person’s thinking.
Worship is always linked with peace, the mosque made by the same elements used to stop or oppress Muslims is a beautiful way to tell how peaceful Muslims are. And it is indeed a thing to see.
