Major Signs Of Laylatul Qadr According to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

Laylatul Qadr is a calm, peaceful night. And our Prophet Muhammad PBUH has given these signs to determine the night.

Laylatul-Qadr, or the Night of Power, is the holiest night in the Islamic calendar. Muslims trust that on this night, the Quran was sent down from paradise to the Earth. The correct date of this night is obscure, however, it happens on one of the last ten odd evenings of Ramadan.

Laylatul Qadr Dates

  • 21st Ramadan
  • 23rd Ramadan
  • 25th Ramadan
  • 27th Ramadan
  • 29th Ramadan

As indicated by Islamic custom, Muslims who remain upon this blessed night, revering God, will have every one of their wrongdoings pardoned. Moreover, they will be allowed the same number of good deeds, just as they had generated consistently for one thousand months (83.3 years).

Prophet (PBUH) taught us many things from the things to do when a child is born to destructive sins. We present you the signs of Laylat Ul Qadr night;

There are two major signs of Laylatul Qadar.

Laylatul Qadar holds immense importance in Islam. However, the date of this blessed night is not known. Muslims are instructed to observe it during the last 10 nights of Ramadan on odd-numbered nights.

The signs of Laylatul Qadar, as described, are as follows:

  • The night of Laylatul Qadar is calm. It is neither too hot nor too cold.
  • The sun rises with weak rays. This gives it a reddish complexion. This is one sign that indicates the peacefulness of the night before.
  • It can also be understood by the fact that the number of angels that descend at night is great. Thus, they take away the sun’s rays.

The best time to seek Laylatul Qadar is the last third of the night. This is the night of forgiveness.

It is believed that the Quran was revealed on this night to the Holy Prophet, peace be upon him. Angels descend to Earth on this night, bringing peace to the atmosphere.
May Allah grant us the ability to engage in worship during this blessed night.
