The Umrah visa validity period is 90 days post-entry to Saudi Arabia.

An official announcement by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is released. It details the Umrah visa terms for international pilgrims. The visa is valid for 90 days post-entry into Saudi Arabia. Pilgrims must exit by Dhul Qadah 29, 1445. This date aligns with 6th June 2024. It’s in line with Hajj preparations.

The statement addresses social media queries. These inquiries were received via the ministry’s ‘Beneficiary Care’ account. It clears up earlier reported misunderstandings.

Previously, reports indicated a different entry deadline and visa validity period. The previous one indicated a three-month visa validity. It also stated the last day to leave as Dhul Qadah 15, 1445.

The ministry emphasizes: no Umrah visa extensions past 90 days. Also, visas cannot change into other types.

Pilgrims must apply for visas via approved online platforms. The official portal for applications is https://nusuk.sa/ar/partners.

This process aims to ease the pilgrimage to Makkah and Madinah. It will allow for a more smoother and organized flow.

The ministry’s goal is to keep pilgrims informed. They want the pilgrims to know the deadlines. They want pilgrims to have a peaceful and compliant spiritual journey. The leaving date is strictly informed because the preparation for the annual Hajj needs to take place.
