Renovation of al-Ghars Well in Madinah Completed

The renovation has been completed to preserve and enhance the historical al-ghars well.

The renovation allowed pilgrims to experience this piece of Islamic history firsthand and ensure the well for future generations.

Pilgrims rushed towards the well to experience it for the first time.

After undergoing a remarkable transformation al-Ghars Well is located approximately 1.5 kilometers south of the Masjid al-Haram in the Al-Awali district.

The renewed al-Ghars Well offers a serene and welcoming space for pilgrims. Visitors can be seen:

  • Immersing themselves in the well’s rich history and significance.
  • Appreciating the picturesque natural surroundings.
  • Quenching their thirst at designated water stations.
  • Capturing cherished memories through photographs.
