The Ministry issued critical instructions for seamless bookings:

      1. Confirm your country’s eligibility under the Direct Hajj Program.
      2. Review package inclusions, terms, and cancellation policies.
      3. Register or update profiles on the Nusuk Hajj platform.
      4. Ensure personal details and documents (e.g., passports) are accurate.
      5. Add family members to the application for group Hajj.
      6. Deposit the full payment into the platform’s digital wallet.
      7. Compare packages and select the most suitable option.
      8. Complete payment promptly to secure reservations.

The Nusuk Hajj platform (http://hajj.nusuk.sa) is the only authorized portal for Hajj package bookings under the Direct Hajj Program. Pilgrims are urged to avoid third-party vendors and verify approved service providers through the platform.

“The Nusuk platform reflects our commitment to facilitating Hajj with ease and efficiency,” said a Ministry spokesperson. “We urge pilgrims to adhere to guidelines for a smooth journey.”

This will enhance pilgrim experiences through digitization. By centralizing bookings on Nusuk Hajj, the Ministry further reduce delays, improve transparency, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

      Next Steps

      Prospective pilgrims are advised to:

      • Visit http://hajj.nusuk.sa for country eligibility lists and provider details.
      • Prepare documents early to meet verification deadlines.
      • Monitor the platform for updates on package availability and quotas.

With Hajj 2025 expected to draw millions, the phased rollout will manage demand effectively while prioritizing accessibility for global Muslims.
