Verdict
Death due to overspeeding is considered as Suicide in Islam which is the conscious and intentional act that leads one to end his life.
Speeding is one of the dangerous acts which put the life of an individual in danger. Speeding can result in severe injury or even death. Accident and death due to overspeeding is considered suicide. Ulemas have condemned the act of overspeeding keeping in view its adverse effects.
Evidence
Islam emphasizes the preservation of life and the prevention of harm. Speeding violates this principle as it can lead to serious accidents, injuries, and even death. Ulemas strongly object to this reckless behavior, considering the driver’s negligence.
The College of Fatwas of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan has announced a fatwa on the observance of the Rules of the Road, in which they stated from the point of view of religion, a driver who died as a result of exceeding the permitted speed will be considered a person who committed suicide.
Even in the unfortunate event of speeding death while transporting the wounded to the hospital, the intention of the person to do good and help the sick will still be rewarded by Allah. This situation is not considered suicide as one has no intention of taking his own life. The actions are motivated by a desire to save someone else’s life and thus they did not anticipate fatal consequences.

Even If you are rushing an injured person to the hospital, be responsible and avoid reckless driving as you may endanger yourself or others and cause further complications.
