Who Can Apply
- This programme is open to Saudi citizens and legal residents (Iqama holders) who are physically present in the Kingdom.
- Applicants must have an active Absher account, as registration is linked to the National Volunteer Work Platform via Saudi national ID or Iqama number.
Pilgrims entering Saudi Arabia on a Hajj visa are not eligible. Overseas applicants without an Iqama or Saudi ID cannot register through this system.
