- Seven airlines are moving to the Jeddah Airport Hajj Terminal between 1 and 15 October 2026.
- Each airline has its own moving date, so your flight date decides your terminal.
- This is separate from the Terminal 4 opening, and none of these seven airlines is moving there.
King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah is moving seven airlines from the North Terminal to the Hajj and Umrah Terminal, also known as the Hajj Terminal. The airport said on X that the move runs from 1 to 15 October 2026 and is meant to smooth airport operations and improve the passenger experience.
Each airline moves on its own date. Tarco Aviation moved on 1 October. Yemenia moves on 8 October. SCAT Airlines, Uzbekistan Airways, Daallo Airlines and Somon Air follow, and Sudan Airways is the last, moving on 15 October.
If you are taking the Haramain train, the airport station is inside the main building, Terminal 1. According to Haramain High Speed Railway, it is open daily from 06:30 to 00:30. If you are travelling on to Makkah or Madinah, leave extra time to reach Terminal 1.
This Is Not the Terminal 4 Move
The Terminal 4 opening is a different change. Terminal 4 is the former South Terminal, and it started operating on 27 September 2026. Wizz Air, AJet, SalamAir, Pegasus and SyrianAir are moving there. None of the seven airlines above is on that list.
