Sheikh Prof. Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, President of Religious Affairs at the Two Holy Mosques, inaugurated the Unified Cloud Contact Center for the Prophet’s Mosque today.
The service launched during a ceremony attended by senior scholars at Al-Sudais’ office within the mosque complex.

The toll-free helpline (8001111935) now operates 24/7 to answer visitor questions about worship procedures and rituals.
During the inauguration, Al-Sudais received a technical demonstration of the cloud-based system, reviewing its operational mechanisms and future development plans aligned with Saudi Vision 2030’s digital transformation goals.
“This center represents a qualitative leap in institutional communication,” stated Al-Sudais, emphasizing its role in enhancing service quality and beneficiary interaction.
The system centralizes religious inquiries previously handled through fragmented channels, using cloud technology to ensure prompt responses.
No language specifications were announced. The Presidency confirmed the service focuses exclusively on ritual guidance for mosque visitors, supporting digital transformation efforts within religious tourism ecosystems.
Encryption protocols safeguard caller data in compliance with national standards.
