The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques operates 14 fixed inquiry stations across the Grand Mosque, providing daily assistance to visitors. Below is the complete list of stations with their specialized services:

King Fahd Gate Station (Gate 79)

Northern plaza hub offering Arabic, English, and Urdu assistance from Fajr to Isha prayers. Features digital displays and wheelchair access.

Flower Beds Chair (Front of Wardat)

Northern gardens station providing multilingual support during prayer hours. Priority seating for elderly visitors.

Gate 90 Chair

Western courtyard station near King Abdullah Expansion assisting in Turkish and French. Coordinates medical emergencies.

Gate 94 Counter

Braille resource center with multilingual tablets (English/Arabic/Urdu). Specializes in lost-person reports.

King Abdulaziz Gate Counter

Western sector station offering French, Turkish, and Malay navigation guidance. Extended Umrah season hours.

Ajyad Chair

Elderly/disabled support station near Mount Abu Qubays. Somali, Arabic, and English staff with hydration services.

Saudi Riwaq Counter

All 14 stations operate daily from Fajr to Isha prayers (approximately 4:00 AM to 10:30 PM), with extended hours during Ramadan and peak seasons.

Language services cover 17 tongues: Arabic, English, Urdu, French, Malay, Turkish, Bengali, Indonesian, Pashto, Chinese, Somali, Russian (from Dec 2025), Mandarin (from Dec 2025), Hindi, Swahili, Persian, and Spanish.

Staff rotate in three shifts to ensure continuous coverage, with real-time interpretation available via video terminals at Free Phone Office 79.
