Four Women Playing Board Game In The Kaaba, Enrages Muslims

Board game had been played by four women who were fully covered sitting with their crossed legs and comfortably playing the board game in Masjid Al Haram.

Saudi daily Okaz reported on Monday that four women had been seen playing the board game at the  King Abdul Aziz gate at around 11 pm. The women were fully dressed as well as seen sitting on the floor, with their legs crossed, which can be seen in the picture above.

This picture went viral which enraged Muslims from all around the world. Muslims seem to be very angry at these women who were casually sitting doing wasting their time. According to some scholars, Board games had long been declared Haram as per the shariah law.

We tried to know this story from start till end. So here it goes,

When these women started playing the board game in the vicinity of the Masjid Al Haram, the operation room of the Masjid al-Haram got alert and sent a team to deal with this situation. Their staff went up to these women, talked to them then after a brief talk those women decided to leave.

Muslims have said that playing Board or Card games in a Mosque is a sign of disrespect towards the God. And Masjid Al Haram is the place which is beloved for all the Muslims around the world. And this is why they found that image very wrong that playing a game, wasting their time in a holy place is igniting the disrespect towards the lord.
