An Egyptian woman died of a heart attack during Ramadan while observing a fast before the Holy Kaaba. The funeral was held in Masjid Al Haram.
The woman was identified as Hiba Mustafa, who had traveled to Mecca to perform Umrah during the holy month of Ramadan. The month of Ramadan is considered to be one of the most sacred and auspicious months for religious observance.
On the third date of Ramadan, Hiba Mustafa tragically suffered a heart attack and passed away while she was performing Umrah.
The news of her tragic passing spread quickly among the Muslim community worldwide, who mourned this pious woman. Many relatives and Muslims gathered at her funeral to pay their respects and condolence to the deceased and her family.
Masjid Al Haram is considered one of the important holy sites in Islam, both as the largest mosque in the world and as the centerpiece of the Holy Kaaba. The final resting place in front of this holy site is regarded as a sign of one’s unwavering faith and devotion to Allah SWT and is highly respected.
Her death left the Muslim community in deep thought about the mere existence of human beings and the inevitable death everyone shall taste.
Her eternal devotion to Allah SWT and love for Mecca will not be forgotten; her legacy will inspire future generations of Muslims.
