Masjid al Haram Electric Carts: Price, Location and Booking

The General Authority for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque has announced the availability of manual and electric carts at key locations within Al-Masjid Al-Haram.

These services helps those with disabilities, and anyone requiring assistance during their spiritual journey.

Types of Carts Available

Free Manual Carts

  • Eastern Courtyard: Near Gate 19 (Bab Al-Salam).
  • Western Courtyard: At Al-Shubaika Bridge (Gate 64).

Paid Upgraded Manual Carts

Paid Upgraded Manual Carts
  • Ground Floor of Al-Masaa: Near Gate 14.
  • First Floor of Al-Masaa: At Al-Arqam Staircase (Gate 16).
  • Western Courtyard: At Al-Shubaika Bridge (Gate 64).
  • Southern Courtyard: Near Restroom (2).

Large Electric Carts

Large Electric Carts
  • Western Courtyard: At Al-Shubaika Bridge (Gate 64).
  • Ajyad Bridge: Near Gate 4.
  • Ajyad Staircase, First Floor: Near Gate 4.

Prices

  • Full Umrah: 300 SAR.
  • Tawaf: 50 SAR.
  • Sa’i: 50 SAR.
  • Free for People with Disabilities: Complimentary services are available for those with verified disabilities.
  • Free for children: Under six years of age.
  • Seniors (50% Discount): Aged above 65.

How to Book?

  • Advance Booking: Unified Transport Platform.

Pilgrims can book carts directly at designated points in the courtyards. Staff will be available to assist with bookings and provide guidance on the best routes for Tawaf and Sa’i.
