Saudi Arabia’s Presidency of Religious Affairs has started a free, round‑the‑clock support system for worshipers at Islam’s two holiest sites.

Pilgrims can call on the following numbers:

  • 8001222100
  • 8001222400

You can call these numbers at no charge to receive clear answers on prayer rituals, Umrah and Hajj procedures.

The call center is staffed by more than sixty religious scholars, university professors and judges who speak in straightforward terms to ensure every visitor completes their duties correctly.

To complement the phone lines, the Grand Mosque in Makkah now features ten “Positive Responders” help desks—five on the first floor and five on the upper floor—where trained experts stand ready to assist.

Visitors may approach these counters with questions ranging from the steps of tawaf and sa’i to the correct way to perform the daily prayers.

Officials say this dual service aims to reduce confusion and ease the flow of pilgrims throughout the year, not just during Hajj and Ramadan.

Pilgrims can scan QR codes at each desk for quick access to digital guides and short instructional videos.

The Religious Affairs office hopes to enhance the spiritual experience and enable every guest to focus fully on their devotional journey.
