The Prophet’s mosque in Madinah has been provided with new Zamzam containers. The containers have a new logo along with a new font.
Zamzam is the most pious water. The well of Zamzam has a history that dates back to the story of Prophet Ismail and her mother. The well has been given to Masjid an-Nabawi for a long time.
The Holy Prophet peace be upon him stated its significance by saying that Zamzam fulfills whatever purpose it is drunk for (Sunan Ibn Majah 3062).
So whether you are drinking Zamzan for a healing purpose or a spiritual one your purpose will be fulfilled.
In terms of health precautions, advanced technology has been ensured. This will keep a check on the safety and purity of water. The water undergoes a sterilization process to eliminate bacteria.
Pilgrims cherish bringing Zamzam bottles back home. However, to ensure the sacred water is treated with respect regulations are introduced. Only a limited amount of Zamzam cans are allowed on international flights.
