It is known that the robot with advanced technology that can accommodate a capacity of more than 68 liters of water is capable of working for 4 hours, with a coverage of 2,000 square meters per working hour.
As reported by the Saudi Gazette, Dr. Al Sudais emphasized that the General Presidency is used to working with a transparent methodology. This is, of course, intending to prepare the Two Holy Mosques and service systems according to the latest studies and current international specifications.
The management wants to make sure all worshipers and pilgrims can have the best experience upon their arrival at the square of the Two Holy Mosques.
It is hoped that by providing the best experience, the work of the presidency can reflect the honorable and civilized image of the Kingdom in serving the Two Holy Mosques and their pilgrims.
On the same occasion, Dr. AI Sheikh did not forget to commend the tasks of smart robots and available modern technological means and their active role in improving the service system provided to visitors to the Grand Mosque following the latest international standards.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is indeed actively advancing and utilizing advanced technology to facilitate the worship of visitors and pilgrims for Hajj and Umrah while continuing following the COVID-19 prevention and spread measures.
One of the uses of robots by the presidency to improve services at the Haram Mosque, which is quite interesting, is robots to distribute Zamzam holy water, which can prevent the virus from spreading among pilgrims.
