JEDDAH (SAUDI ARABIA): The Saudi Arabian government has allowed pilgrims with Umrah visas to travel through all international airports in the country for payment for the Umrah pilgrimage.
General Authority of Civil Aviation has issued a notification to enable the arrival and departure of all Umrah pilgrims at any airport in the country. International and domestic airlines have been directed to follow the new notification strictly, and strict action has been announced against violators.
Umrah pilgrims can travel through Dammam, Riyadh, and All Major Airports.
Previously, Umrah visa holders could only travel from Jeddah and Medina airports, but now they can travel from all airports in Saudi Arabia, including Dammam, Al-Qassim, and Riyadh.
