Makkah: General Presidency Sheikh Sudais has opened the roof of Masjid al-Haram (Grand Mosque) for the visitors and Umrah pilgrims after the mosque welcomed millions of guests.

The Saudi government has abolished all COVID-19 precautionary measures for visiting the mosque, which resulted in visitors overwhelmingly visiting the mosque daily.

After experiencing a jam-packed crowd, the management has decided to open the roof where the visitors can pray and worship.
