Mehbooba Mufti

Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti have complained that people are prevented from praying in Kashmir’s mosques. In a message on social media, she said the refusal of people to pray in mosques in Kashmir showed the Indian government’s disrespect for the feelings of the majority community.

When parks and public places are open, and there are numerous crowded government programs throughout the day.

BJP leader Nirmal Singh says Mehbooba Mufti is lying. There is no truth to her allegations. No one is being prevented from praying in a mosque in the Kashmir Valley.

He added that Mehbooba Mufti has lost her political base and is now making controversial remarks to stay in the talks, but no one in the Valley can take up her schedule.

Due to the coronavirus, places of worship were closed in many parts of the country. Due to the corona, restrictions on temples and mosques were also imposed in the Kashmir Valley. Mehbooba Mufti often criticizes the central government on various issues.
