Sheikh Bandar Baleela, the Imam and Khateeb of Masjid Al Haram, has started a four-day official visit to Cambodia.
He arrived today in Phnom Penh, where he engaged with the local Muslim community and religious leaders.
During his time in Cambodia, Sheikh Baleela is scheduled to participate in several religious and will lead the Salah in the famous mosques.
He also visited Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Islamic School in Phnom Penh, during his another visit he met with the Grand Mufti of Cambodia.
He also met the president of Islamic Center in the Cambodia and gave students at lecture. Further meets with the Deputy Minister of Religions and Sects in the Kingdom of Cambodia at the Ministry’s headquarters.
Sheikh Baleelah also delivered Jummah Khutbah in Masjid Al Serkal, Kingdom of Cambodia
There are a number of meetings with scholars and members have also been scheduled during his visit.
Muslims living in Cambodia will get a chance to pray behind him.
