The drones are equipped with specialized cleaning tools that allow them to reach high and difficult areas of the minarets safely and efficiently.

The initiative has drawn positive feedback from the community, with many expressing appreciation for the modern methods being employed to preserve the mosque’s appearance.

This technology contributes to safety by minimizing the need for workers to operate at dangerous heights.

  1. This innovative way of cleaning is most welcome, but it will lead to machines taking over men leading to unemployment. The labour force will be reduced gradually in all such matters. Therefore it should be used judiciously only where cleaning of high rise minarets are involved and not in routine maintenance of the mosque. A balance must be maintained between man & machine. We have to wait and watch.
