Ma’am how I can apply?
Please click the application link above.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an Indian applicant applying from India.
As I am not a resident of Saudi Arabia and do not have an Absher account, could you please advise how I should complete this field? Am I eligible to apply without an Absher-linked mobile number?
Salam Jabeen,
Thank you for your interest. Yes, you are eligible to apply without an Absher-linked mobile number. Please enter your Indian mobile number in the field and select “Non-Resident Applicant” in the Nationality section, which will bypass the Absher verification step. If that option does not appear, please send your full name, field of expertise, and contact details to our international volunteer coordination team so we can register your application manually. We value your interest in serving at Masjid al-Haram and look forward to welcoming you.
May Allah make it easy for you!
What is ID number?
It is either your Iqamah or any valid documentation number.
I have a couple of questions – is accommodation included? Are any essentials covered or would we need to have the funds to cover our own costs while volunteering?
I am a revert Alhamdulillah, would I need a certificate as proof I took shahada to enter?
Jzk
Salam Lucy,
Welcome to Islam, may Allah bless your journey and keep you steadfast.
This volunteer program does not include accommodation or living expenses, so you will need to arrange and cover your own stay while serving. Selected volunteers will receive a logistics guide with recommended options prior to their start date.
You do not need a shahada certificate to apply for this program or to enter Masjid al-Haram. Your declaration of faith is sufficient, and no additional documentation of your conversion is required by us.
JazakAllahu khayran for your interest in volunteering, and we look forward to receiving your application.
Assalamu aleykum, is there any volunteer/work opportunity for non-Saudi nurses?
Assalamu alaykum Amina,
Yes, we do have opportunities for non-Saudi nurses. Please visit the Job section on our website to view current openings and submit your application there.
May Allah bless your intention!
can i apply if i am not staying in saudi?
Salam Zuveria,
Yes, you can absolutely apply even if you are not currently residing in Saudi Arabia. The program is open to both Saudi and non-Saudi women aged 18 and above. Please complete the application using your local mobile number and select the non-resident option where applicable. We welcome your participation and look forward to reviewing your application.
May Allah bless your intention!
Hello. I am a non-Saudi applicant currently residing in India and interested in the Professional Volunteer opportunity. The application form requires an Absher-linked mobile number, but I do not have an Absher account because I am not residing in Saudi Arabia. Could you please advise how international applicants should complete this field? Thank you.
**Salam Najla,**
Thank you for reaching out. We are aware that the Absher-linked mobile number field presents a challenge for international applicants, and we are working to update the form for non-resident users. In the meantime, please enter your Indian mobile number in the field and select “Non-Resident Applicant” in the Nationality section — this will bypass the Absher verification step. If that option does not appear for you, please send your full name, field of expertise, and contact details to our international volunteer coordination team so we can register your application manually. We truly value your interest in serving at Masjid al-Haram and look forward to welcoming you.
May Allah make it easy for you!
