The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has announced the First Arabic Language Academic Course (الدورة العلمية الأولى في اللغة العربية) at Masjid al-Haram in Makkah.
Running from 17 July to 19 August 2026 (2 Safar – 5 Rabi’ al-Awwal 1448 AH), the free month-long programme will bring together distinguished scholars to deliver lectures on Arabic language sciences, including Quranic Arabic, grammar (Nahw), morphology (Sarf), rhetoric (Balagha), and the importance of the Arabic language in understanding the Quran and Islamic sciences.
