These centers are fully equipped to provide emergency care and can transfer patients to Ajyad Hospital if more advanced treatment is required.
There are four health centers around Masjid al-Haram:
The first health center is located in the Western Courtyard, specifically within the King Fahd Expansion, near Gates 85 – 88, on the First Floor. This center serves pilgrims visiting this major section of the mosque and is easily accessible through the surrounding gates.
The second center can be found in the Eastern Courtyard, located near the Gate of Peace. It is positioned in the Sa’i Basement, an area frequented by those performing the Sa’i ritual, making it a vital location for immediate medical care.
The third health center is located in the Southern Courtyard, close to Gate Ismail, on the Ground Floor. It provides convenient access to pilgrims entering from the southern part of Masjid al-Haram.
The fourth center is also situated in the Southern Courtyard, this time near the Ajyad Bridge, on the Ground Floor. Its proximity to the bridge ensures medical assistance for those entering or leaving through this busy area.
All four health centers offer emergency care to pilgrims and visitors of Masjid al-Haram. In case further treatment is needed, patients are transferred to Ajyad Hospital, a nearby medical facility equipped for more complex medical needs.
These health centers play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of worshipers, especially during times of high activity such as Hajj and Ramadan.

This is a good gesture on the part of the Management of Haram Shareef. In addition to this they should provide mobile teams inside the Mosque to attend to in case of emergencies like heart attack or stroke etc. Even female doctors and nurses should be there in the team to attend to lady pilgrims. They can also attend to pregnant women and small children. Similar facilities should also be provided in the Medina Mosque. This will no doubt give confidence to the pilgrims and increase their morale. Hope authorities will consider this sympathetically and do the needful. Jazakallah Khair. Allah is Great provider.
