- Smart Tracking: Each item is tagged with QR codes and smart tags, allowing for electronic tracking and precise data matching.
- 24/7 Availability: The service operates round the clock throughout Ramadan, ensuring convenience for all pilgrims.
How To Store Luggage Step-by-Step Guide

- Inspection & Registration: Upon arrival at the storage center, your luggage is carefully inspected and registered. A smart tracking wristband is then issued to ensure seamless tracking.
- Storage & Monitoring: Your belongings are securely stored and continuously monitored, with automated alerts sent after four hours to enhance security.
- Limitations: The facilities are designed to accommodate luggage weighing up to 7 kilograms per item for a maximum duration of four hours per session.
- Collection: When it’s time to retrieve your luggage, simply scan the QR code and verify your details for a smooth and efficient collection process.
Luggage Storage Locations at Al-Masjid Al-Haram

- Main Storage Centers: There are two central storage facilities available.
- Collection Points: Six designated collection points are situated at the main entrances for easy access.
- Specific Locations:
- Opposite Gate 64, Western Courtyard Entrance (Shubaikah)
- Next to the Makkah Library in the Eastern Courtyard
Service Cost
