Saudi Arabia has begun preparations for Hajj 1448 AH as the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah launches a series of coordination meetings with Hajj Affairs Offices from more than 75 countries.

The meetings are part of the Kingdom’s early planning for the next Hajj season and are designed to strengthen coordination with the countries sending pilgrims to Saudi Arabia.

Officials are reviewing operational plans and discussing the arrangements required to ensure that preparations remain on schedule.

During the meetings, the Ministry is also explaining key regulations and requirements governing Hajj operations.

Representatives from Hajj Affairs Offices are being given the opportunity to raise questions, clarify procedures, and discuss their operational needs ahead of the season.

The early coordination is intended to improve overall readiness and support smoother planning between Saudi authorities and international Hajj missions.

By addressing requirements well before the start of the pilgrimage, the Ministry aims to strengthen service delivery and help pilgrims complete their journey with greater ease and reassurance.
