The Pilgrim Care Centre (1966) handled over 19,700 reports and inquiries during the same period, achieving a resolution rate exceeding 93.3%.

Monitoring and Field Inspections

To support decision-making and coordination across agencies, the Monitoring and Control Centre provided over 80 dashboards used by more than 200 entities for real-time service monitoring, operational data analysis, and performance oversight.

Ministry inspection teams carried out over 21,500 field inspections of accommodation facilities and service providers during Ramadan, verifying compliance with regulations and contributing to improved service quality for pilgrims.
