Saudi Arabia Intercepts 4 Drones Over Madinah and Eastern Region
Saudi Arabia intercepted and destroyed 4 drones launched towards the Kingdom early on Wednesday, 21 October 2026. The drones were stopped over Madinah Al-Munawwarah and the Eastern Region.
Coalition spokesperson Turki al-Maliki shared the news on X with the words “Interception and destruction of 4 drones launched towards the Kingdom.” A second post gave the two locations.
One More Drone Stopped in the Eastern Region
In a separate statement, al-Maliki said coalition forces also intercepted and destroyed one more drone heading towards the Eastern Province. That drone is separate from the four above.
The statements did not say where the drones were launched from, and they did not say whether there were any losses or injuries.
