MAKKAH – The daughter of Sheikh Ali Ahmed Mulla has passed away. Muslim leaders all around the world send their condolences to the Sheikh.
Having worked at Masjid al-Haram since 1975, Ali Ahmed Mulla is the longest-serving muazzin.
Through radios, CDs, tapes, and other media forms, Muslims and non-Muslims alike buy, listen to, and enjoy his recordings of his Adhan.
Furthermore, he has stated that his main job is to run his own business in addition to his muazzin duties at the holy mosque. His four wives have produced three children between them.
