Umrah Pilgrims Must Leave Saudi Arabia Before Dhul-Qidah 1 Due To Hajj 2025, Says Hajj Ministry

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has issued a directive to Umrah companies, urge to ensure the departure of all the Umrah pilgrims from Saudi Arabia before Dhul-Qi’dah 1, which is anticipated to fall around April 26–27, 2025.

Pilgrims are urged to adhere to their scheduled programs and coordinate closely with their respective Umrah companies to ensure a smooth departure process.

The ministry has highlighted that timely departures are crucial for maintaining the integrity of the pilgrimage system and ensuring that all visitors can fulfill their spiritual obligations without complications.

As the exact date for Dhul-Qi’dah will be confirmed closer to the time based on moon sightings, it is essential for pilgrims to remain vigilant and proactive in their travel plans. The ministry encourages all participants to stay informed about any updates regarding their itineraries and visa requirements.

The ministry has warned that those who fail to comply and remain in the Kingdom beyond the specified date will face arrest, deportation, and hefty penalties. Additionally, individuals or entities found facilitating such violations will also be subject to severe fines and legal action.
