The Two Holy Mosques, Masjid al Haram and Masjid an Nabawi, will commence Tahajjud prayers tonight. According to the latest announcement, the Tahajjud prayer, comprising 10 Rak’ahs, will begin at 12:30 AM at both the Grand Mosque in Makkah and the Prophet’s Mosque in Medina.
Additionally, the schedule for the Witr prayer has been adjusted. Rather than being performed before or during the night’s long prayer sessions, the Witr prayer will now take place after the conclusion of the Tahajjud prayers.
This change is intended to streamline the prayer schedule and ensure that worshipers have ample time to complete both Tahajjud and Witr in an organized manner.
Worshipers are encouraged to follow the new timings and take advantage of the peaceful nighttime environment to deepen their connection with Allah.
