First-Time Visit Process
For a pilgrim’s first visit under this visa, the process starts with purchasing a service package through an accredited Nusuk provider. The pilgrim then submits a visa application, which is processed by the relevant authorities. Travel eligibility is verified before boarding, and entry details are recorded on arrival. When the pilgrim leaves the Kingdom, departure data is updated and the remaining stay balance is recalculated.
Return Visits
For later visits, the pilgrim buys a new service package from an accredited provider and obtains a new Umrah permit through the Nusuk app. Entry requirements and travel eligibility are verified again, and entry and exit data are recorded to update the remaining days left on the visa.
Visa Deactivation and Hajj Season
The visa status is deactivated after each departure from Saudi Arabia. It is reactivated for the next visit once the required conditions are met. The visa cannot be activated for entry during the Hajj season, which runs from the 1st of Dhul Qadah to the 13th of Dhul Hijjah.
