The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia has announced that February 14, 2025 (Shaaban 15, 1446 AH) will be the final date for Hajj Affairs Offices worldwide to finalize service contracts for the upcoming Hajj season.
The ministry emphasized the need to complete all contracts through the “Nusuk Masar” platform, designated for pilgrims traveling from abroad.
Timetable for Hajj Service Contracts
The ministry has outlined a detailed schedule comprising eight key stages for Hajj preparations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently. The contracting stage, which began on October 23, 2024 (Rabi’ al-Thani 20, 1446 AH), will conclude on February 14, 2025.
Following the deadline:
• No additional contracts will be accepted, and the ministry will finalize the pilgrim quotas for each country.
• The process of issuing Hajj visas will begin immediately after this stage.
Focus on Quality Services and Compliance
To provide the best services for pilgrims, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has stressed the importance of:
- Adhering to Kingdom-wide requirements, including those related to air and land transportation, security, health, and other procedural guidelines outlined in the Hajj Affairs Agreement.
- Educating pilgrims on Hajj regulations and the need to follow instructions, including obtaining visas and permits from official channels.
The ministry also underscored the significance of pilgrims carrying proper identification, such as the “Nusuk” card, upon their arrival in Saudi Arabia.
Ensuring a Seamless Pilgrimage
This initiative is part of Saudi Arabia’s efforts to streamline Hajj operations and provide a seamless experience for the millions of pilgrims who perform the religious journey each year.
By setting clear deadlines and leveraging platforms like Nusuk Masar, the ministry aims to enhance efficiency, security, and the overall experience for the guests of God.
