As Saudi Arabia readies itself for Hajj 2025, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced key deadlines for Umrah pilgrims:
- Final Departure Date: 29 April 2025
- Final Entry Date: 13 April 2025
These dates ensure that the flow of pilgrims transitions smoothly from the Umrah season into the upcoming Hajj 1446 period. Pilgrims remaining in the Kingdom beyond 29 April 2025 will be deemed in violation of immigration rules and subject to legal penalties.
To reinforce compliance, the Ministry also warned that Hajj and Umrah service companies and institutions could face fines of up to 100,000 riyals if they fail to report any overstaying pilgrims. This directive underscores the Kingdom’s commitment to organized and secure pilgrimage operations.
Pilgrims are urged to complete their Umrah rituals within the specified timeframe and make necessary travel arrangements to avoid any complications. With Hajj 2025 on the horizon, these measures aim to uphold safety and efficiency for millions of worshipers.
