Eid Moon Sighted in Pakistan: Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman declared the Eid moon sighted in Pakistan on Saturday and Eidul Fitr will be commented on Sunday, May 24.
The declaration Eid Moon Sighted was made by Mufti Muneeb subsequent to leading a meeting of the Central Ruet-i-Hilal Committee.
The Central Ruet-i-Hilal Committee had met the meeting to locate the moon for Eidul Fitr in Lahore, while zonal assemblages of the panel likewise met in Karachi, Quetta, Peshawar and Islamabad.
Prior amid the meeting, Mufti Muneeb got irate over the individual in charge of bringing down notes from witnesses after he apparently passed on data to media people with respect to the locating of Shawwal moon.
“No claim of moon locating has been made starting at yet. What is being passed on to media is not valid,” he had said.
“On the off chance that there will be some data, we will report it ourselves,” one of the senior Ruet-i-Hilal Committee individuals said.
