NEW DELHI: In the northern Indian city of Lucknow in a special court on Wednesday, all 32 Babri Masjid Culprits politicians and senior leaders were released from the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of conspiring to destroy the 16th century Babri Masjid in 1992 ruling that the move was not pre-planned.
This judgment was stated as another betrayal by the judiciary as stated by the Muslims.
Hundreds of Hindu extremists gathered at the disputed site and destroyed the Mosque in reaction to a call by BJP leaders on dec 6,1992. Which resulted in religious riots over the country and claimed an addition of 2000 lives.

Mostly, the BJP leaders and their affiliates were criticized for demolishing the Babri Mosque.
“The Destruction of a mosque that is 500-year-old was not pre-planned.”, Says Judge at Special Court, Surendra Kumar Yadav on Wednesday.
The defense lawyer KK Mishra stated after the verdict that they have been discharged because no evidence was found.
Muslims’ reaction was disheartened towards the verdict.

10 months after the Supreme Courts’ controversial judgments, the verdict handed over the disputed land to a Hindu trust and he granted Muslim petitioners five acres of land to make structures of their choice at another location inside the city.
In the new Delhi-based think tank Center for the study of Developing Societies, Hilal Ahmad stated that there is a belief among Muslims that India is a Hindu country and they have to cooperate with each other accordingly.
A new Delhi political analyst Nilanjan Mukhopadhyay has written down some books on the Hindu right-wing politics stated that the destruction of the Mosque was a criminal act and the failure to demonstrate guilt after 28 years is regrettable.
The apex court stated that the destruction of the Babri Mosque was absolutely illegal and it was a shocking violation of the rule of law. Another person who was involved in it had converted to Islam.
