Female workers have been hired for Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an Nabawi by the Islamic Affairs Ministry of Saudi Arabia.
The Islamic Affairs Ministry also added that the female workers and their section will help in Mosque arrangements from now on, which will include major tasks that are being performed daily by the staff.
Hired female workers will be overlooking and managing in the Women’s department of the mosques. Islamic Affairs Ministry will be guiding them the entire situation and providing them support whenever they need it, to enable them to perform their duties smoothly.
The major tasks these women will perform includes;
- Maintaining and Controlling Salahs with security measures. Which is related to the Health precautions as well that includes Social Distancing.
- Making arrangements during Prayer time in Women’s compartment.
- Helping women in the mosque and to take care of their personal development.
This is indeed a great step to make things easier for the women worshippers in the holy mosques, Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an Nabawi. This will also help in maintaining the safety of everyone.
