This Duaa cannot be confined to only uric acid but any type of disease and with full faith. Whenever you visit an ailing person you can recite this Duaa in the method enumerated above and blow on him or her. You can also blow in water and can give the water to patient to drink but Shifa will be given only by Allah. We are doing what we have been taught do by our beloved Prophet SAW. Wallahu Alam.
