MAKKAH: The Haj and Umrah Ministry of Saudi Arabia has announced that the cost of Hajj 2021 will be higher than usual due to on going pandemic globally.
The step comes after the management of the Masjid al-Haram and Masjid a Nabawi are making efforts to keep the holy sites more secure and keep the Covid away. As the General Presidency, Dr. Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al Sudais has notified that only Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an Nabawi are the places in the world where the coronavirus has not reached yet.
And the management has been adding new technologies to the two holy mosques, such as Thermal detection, Auto Sanitization, Robot Sanitization, World’s largest cooling system, and world’s largest umbrella, and more included.
For those who wish to perform Hajj 2021, must get the coronavirus vaccine, twice before going for the Hajj as without it, there will be no entry.
Meanwhile, If you wish to perform Umrah in Ramadan, that doesn’t require coronavirus vaccine. Saudi Arabia has also announced that the Hajj will take place as usual.
