The Nusuk app has added six new features to help pilgrims during Hajj and Umrah.
Tawaaf and Sa’ee Tracker
The app can now count and record completed rounds during Tawaaf and Sa’ee. Pilgrims no longer need to count rounds themselves.
Live Crowd Levels
Nusuk shows real-time occupancy and congestion levels for Tawaaf and Sa’ee. This helps pilgrims choose the best time to perform their rituals.
Interactive Maps
The app displays maps showing gates, facilities, and prayer areas inside Masjid al-Haram (Grand Mosque) and Masjid an-Nabawi (Prophet’s Mosque). Pilgrims can use these maps to find their way around more easily.
Qibla Finder
Nusuk uses the device’s location to point pilgrims toward the direction of the Kaaba.
Hotel and Flight Booking
Pilgrims can now book flights and hotel rooms directly through the app, without needing separate travel platforms.
Nusuk AI
The app includes an automated assistant that answers pilgrim questions.
