Locate and inform the nearest security official, who can help verify your identity and direct you to official assistance.
4. Call the Ministry Helpline (1966)
Contact the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah via their official support line by dialing 1966 for guidance and urgent help.
5. Visit a Nusuk Care Centre or Guests of God Care Centre
Go to the nearest support center, especially those around the Grand Mosque in Makkah, to request further help or obtain a replacement.
