Women visiting Masjid an Nabawi can now access its sacred courtyard daily after Fajr and Esha prayers, a move aimed at enhancing their spiritual experience and accessibility to one of Islam’s holiest sites.

Ladies are encouraged to enter through designated doors—Door 21 or Door 32—to ensure a smooth flow of visitors. Importantly, no permits are required for entry during these times, simplifying the process for local and international pilgrims alike.

The best times to visit are approximately an hour after Fajr and Esha, when the area is less crowded, offering a serene environment for prayer and reflection.

Masjid an Nabawi remains a place of immense spiritual significance, and this initiative reflects the ongoing efforts to accommodate all worshipers, especially women, while maintaining an organized and respectful atmosphere within the Prophet’s Mosque.

For more information on guidelines and access, visitors are encouraged to check with mosque authorities during their visit.

  1. Be sure to investigate the treatment of women by female guards in the haram
    It tantamounts to harassment!
Shouting at pilgrims, literally picking worshippers up and kicking them out
Not giving worshippers a chance to worship!
