Hajj 2024 pilgrims have started to leave Mina after completing their rituals. The journey to Mecca concludes as millions fulfill their spiritual duties.

The final stages of Hajj saw pilgrims participating in deeply significant rituals, including the symbolic stoning of the devil at Jamarat. Following this, they performed farewell Tawaf.

Another significant rite was the animal sacrifice during Eid al-Adha. The meat from these sacrifices is shared with the needy, emphasizing the pilgrims’ commitment to charity and community.

Leaving Mina means the end of the primary Hajj rituals. Exhausted but spiritually fulfilled, pilgrims make their way back to Makkah or any location of their choosing accommodations.

More than 550 Hajj pilgrims have lost their lives this year, majority of the deaths were caused by intense heat. But the good news is that after 2025, all Hajj until 17 years will fall in the winter or spring season.
