The roof of Al Masjid Al Haram in Mecca has been reopened after closure for some time, worshipers and pilgrims can now visit the roof to pray and for Tawaf.
The roof was reopened without prior announcement, allowed more space for the visitors.
The opening of the roof, a feature designed to enhance ventilation and reduce the temperature during peak seasons.
Authorities have not yet provided details on whether the roof will be open from now on or will it close again.
Al Masjid Al Haram, which houses the Kaaba, is currently undergoing extensive renovations to accommodate the growing number of visitors each year.
