Praying Suspended in Masjid al Haram and Masjid an Nabawi During Ramadan 2020

Sheikh Sudais, the General Presidency of the Two Holy Mosque Affairs announced on Monday that they will be extending the curfew in prayers during the holy Month of Ramadan 2020, as a part of taking precautionary efforts to fight coronavirus.

Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Aziz Al-Sudais, President General of the Two Holy Mosques (Masjid al Haram and Masjid an Nabawi), told in a tweet that the Masjid al Haram (Grand Mosque) will call the Adhan throughout the month but the mosques will be closed for the worshippers.

The government earlier month started strict taking precautionary measures to take action against the coronavirus. It also strengthen the links between the authority and health workers to fight coronavirus.
