All 14 stations operate daily from Fajr to Isha prayers (approximately 4:00 AM to 10:30 PM), with extended hours during Ramadan and peak seasons.
Language services cover 17 tongues: Arabic, English, Urdu, French, Malay, Turkish, Bengali, Indonesian, Pashto, Chinese, Somali, Russian (from Dec 2025), Mandarin (from Dec 2025), Hindi, Swahili, Persian, and Spanish.
Staff rotate in three shifts to ensure continuous coverage, with real-time interpretation available via video terminals at Free Phone Office 79.
