With Hajj 2025 (1446H) approaching, Saudi authorities have activated emergency response services and published essential contact numbers for pilgrims.

The dedicated hotlines will operate 24/7 throughout the pilgrimage period to ensure visitors’ safety and wellbeing.

Key Emergency Contacts:

  • General Emergency & Security: 911 (Police, Fire, Rescue)
  • Guest of Allah Care Center: 1966 (Pilgrim Support Services)
  • Ambulance Services: 997 (Medical Emergencies)
  • Health Consultations: 937 (Medical Advice & Information)

The unified emergency number 911 will handle all security and crisis situations, while specialized lines address medical and non-urgent pilgrim needs. Multilingual operators are available across all services to assist international visitors.

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health confirmed ambulance teams and mobile medical units will be stationed at all holy sites. The Guest of Allah Care Center (1966) provides non-medical assistance including lost pilgrim services, transportation issues, and accommodation problems.

Pilgrims are advised to save these numbers immediately upon arrival and share them with group members. Authorities remind visitors that misuse of emergency lines may delay response times for genuine cases.
