Hajj 2022 Can Only Be Performed on Hajj Visa, Other Visa Types Not Eligible

Hajj and Umrah Ministry of Saudi Arabia has made it clear that people who wish to perform Hajj have to get a Hajj visa. Pilgrims cannot perform Hajj this year even if they have tourist or Umrah visas.

For his year’s Hajj, pilgrims should be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19. However, they do not have to quarantine.

People who are 65 or above cannot perform Hajj. Those who are 65 or below can apply for Hajj 2022.

The ministry has stated that 1 million people will perform Hajj this year from all around the world.

Umrah 1443 season is scheduled to end on 30 Shawwal to prepare for Hajj.
